Outreach Ministry (CCF)

Outreach Ministry’s FIRST event invites you to ‘Come and See’ as you re-experience the streets of downtown Toronto like you never have before.

“We invite you to join us for a Gateway streetwalk which is a excellent opportunity to learn more about the complexities of poverty and homelessness. A streetwalk is a 3 hour experience in downtown Toronto which involves 2 hours of walking through the downtown core and visiting key sites. We will explore how mental illness, government policy, addiction, family, and community are all involved in contributing to a person’s experience of poverty or not. Our streetwalks are lead by a former street survivor and a Gateway staff.”
